Newfren offers a complete range of Clutches, in terms of materials and applications. The range goes from old Vespa 98 1946 MY to MXGP and MotoGP bikes. Dry single-disc clutches cover all BMW engines, from 1969 until today and special clutch line is dedicated to Speedway. PRO RACE FRICTION PLATE SETS

The last Race clutch generation. Pro Race is the best result of new technologies and materials developed with our partners in Superbike, Moto3 and MXGP. This new line uses has a new material, composed by cellulose, resins, carbon and other materials less compressible and with better torque. The new shape with the friction material glued separately improves the oil passage, allowing an excellent working. The result is a High Quality Racing Product.


 

DUCATI DRY CLUTCH RANGE

A / AC / Y / YC

Newfren, thanks to the experience in SBK has developed a complete Ducati Dry clutch range. This range is available in organic version and sintered version, to cover all rider's needs. Organic clutches have an aluminium core and an organic compound to guarantee long life service and modularity. Sintered clutches have a big quantity of non-metallic compounds increasing the friction coefficient and maintaining at the same time a great modularity. The core of friction plates is a special carbon-steel alloy able to increase the stability in all conditions. Ducati Oil clutches follow the same features as Standard, Performance and Pro Race line.

 

PERFORMANCE FRICTION PLATE SETS

The Performance clutch range is indicated for sportive use, supporting high stress and giving high performance. The material for friction discs is the paper carbon. Steel plates are produced in special steel, offering high resistance and non-deformability.

 

DRY CLUTCH DISCS

K / KW

The single-disc dry clutch line fits on BMWs from the 1970s onwards and Moto Guzzi. New line KW has the new friction material
- composed of Para-Aramid synthetic fibers, noted for their outstanding strength to weight properties, excellent wear characteristics and resistance to organic solvents - delivering a higher friction coefficient and better resistance to high temperatures. This new material prevents glazing and maintains the operating temperature characteristics when clutches overheat and provides safe, reliable and consistent operation "even in the presence of oil - which means better torque and improved durability".

 


 

O-E STANDARD CLUTCH DISCS

A / AC

They have been studied to replace the OE clutch and to guarantee same features in terms of performance and durability. The OE - Standard clutch discs sets are composed by the last generation of materials. They represent a product with high technology and reliability, offering high friction coefficient, long durability and strong resistance to stress and overheating. Friction material is organic. The compound of the organic friction material is developped according to the bike and to the use, Optimizing the performance and respecting the OE indications.


 

UP-GRADED CLUTCH KITS

We have up-graded clutch kits for certain models.   These modified kits, designed by Newfren, increase the capacity of the clutch. They consist of a set of friction and plains, with more plates than the original clutch, although the clutch pack still has the same height as the OEM clutch.As a result of this, no further modification is required to the clutch assembly. They come complete with up-graded springs.


 

CLUTCH SPRINGS

Sets of up-graded clutch springs are available for most of the clutches in the catalogue. Where automatic scooter and moped clutches are concerned, the spring pack contains four sets with different rates, which can be identified by their different colours, according to the gauge of the wire.
